Refund Policy
FollowersYA is committed to timely delivery of all ordered services or an easy, no-questions-asked instant refund.
What is covered?
This policy applies to all orders placed on FollowersYA. It also applies to account balance refills, subscriptions, etc.
Orders not yet started can be cancelled with immediate approval. Orders that have already started can be refunded after request approval. Orders marked as completed are not refundable. Balance refills, subscriptions, and custom orders are not refundable.
Is my order refundable?
Review the order status below to see whether it can be cancelled instantly, refunded after approval, or is not eligible.

Cancellable
Cancel it yourself in Dashboard → Orders if the order has not started. Approval is immediate.

Refundable
Eligible orders that already started can be refunded after same-day request approval.

Non-refundable
Balance refills, subscriptions, completed, live or custom orders are strictly not refundable.
How long can I make a request?
These are the time windows available to submit a cancellation or refund request, depending on the order state.
How to make a refund request?
Follow these simple steps to submit your refund request:
- Sign in to your dashboard
- Go to Orders
- Open the order you want to refund
- Select the Refund option to make your request
