Limitation of liability

When contracting the use of the Operator services, you are bound to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Operator and any entity or person related to Operator from any claim arising out of, related to, or connected with your alleged breach of the Terms of Service. You must also indemnify, defend and hold Operator harmless based on any claim alleging facts that, if true, would constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Conduct

Any potential customer agrees to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to compromise the security of the website or other websites or applications, or make it inaccessible to others or cause damage to any content, service or website. As a user you agree to refrain from performing any action that may add, subtract or modify the content of the site. You agree to refrain from accessing the content without permission and you will not use the website in any way other than as intended.

The Operator only requires confidential information that allows you to continue with the service. Any other material or information submitted to the website will be considered non-confidential. If Operator determines, in its sole discretion, that you are abusing the system, Operator will (without limiting any other rights or remedies available to you) stop processing your orders, withdraw your participation, terminate this agreement, and withhold any outstanding or available amounts from you.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the services provided by The Operator, all sales are final and no refunds are made. Credit card claims will be turned over to collection agencies in your area for collection with interest and the maximum legal surcharge possible. However, The Operator has the option to grant credits to customers for various reasons to place new orders on the website.
