How is consulting different from your agency retainers?
Consulting is advisory, not execution. We diagnose, strategize, train and embed — your in-house team or your existing agencies do the actual production.
How long are typical engagements?
Audit and strategy work usually runs four to eight weeks. Ongoing advisory retainers run three to twelve months. Embedded fractional leadership is typically a three- to six-month sprint.
