What is the difference between UGC and influencer marketing?
UGC creators produce content for you — typically posted from your channels or used as paid creative — without leveraging their own audience. Influencers post on their channels to their followers. We run both, often together, since the same creator can do either depending on the brief.
Do creator fees come out of the retainer?
No. The retainer covers our team’s work — sourcing, briefing, negotiation, content review, reporting. Creator fees and gifting budgets are separate and passed through at exactly what we paid, with full receipts.
