Frequently asked questions
Do you produce content remotely or on-location?
Both. Most clients run a monthly studio or on-location shoot day for hero content, supplemented by remote UGC and motion-design batches in between. We scale the production model to your brand and budget.
Whose creative direction does the content follow?
Yours. We start with a brand and content audit, lock down a visual system and tone of voice, then produce everything inside that system. If you don’t have one yet, we build it as part of onboarding.
Can the content also be used for paid ads?
Yes. All creative is delivered with full usage rights and produced in formats compatible with Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other paid placements.
How fast is turnaround once a shoot wraps?
First edits typically land within five business days, with revision rounds and final delivery the following week.
