What exactly does the PRO membership include?
Every benefit in one place: no service fees, automatic volume discounts, 2% cashback on every order, priority processing, 24-hour SLA support, exclusive access to new services and a reduced Paid Ads management rate.
Do the benefits apply to the order where I buy the membership?
Yes. They switch on instantly and apply from that very order, not the next one.
What is the difference between the 30-day pass and the annual plan?
The pass is a one-time payment available once per account, made for trying PRO out. The annual plan is a single payment that covers a full year of benefits.
Can I try the 30 days and then move to the annual plan?
Yes. When your pass ends (or before, if you want no interruption) you subscribe to the annual plan from this same page.
Are there automatic charges or automatic renewal?
No. You pay once, enjoy your year, and we email you before it ends so you renew only if you want to. Zero surprise charges.
What happens when my membership expires?
Benefits pause and your seat is released; your account and history stay intact. We warn you by email beforehand, and you can come back while capacity is available.
How does the 2% cashback work?
Every order you place as a member earns 2% of its value back. It accumulates automatically in your wallet and is spent on your next order, no codes needed.
How do volume discounts work?
They apply on their own based on your order total, up to the published maximum, no coupons involved.
How does the reduced Paid Ads rate work?
As a member you pay 5% of ad spend instead of the standard 10%, on every network.
Why is capacity limited?
Every member gets priority processing and guaranteed responses in under 24 hours. That is only possible with a limited number of members. When we reach the limit, enrollment closes and a waiting list opens. We prefer a few superbly served members over a million poorly served ones.
Can I share my membership or use it on another account?
The membership is tied to your account and is non-transferable: that is how we guarantee service quality and security.
